A timeless pinot noir from Willamette valley, where tradition meets innovation.
In their quest to honor the storied legacy of the Willamette Valley while paving the way for future vintages, winemakers Bryan Weil and Tresider Burns at Alexana Winery, in partnership with Amlés, have crafted the Amlés Rendering Pinot Noir. This wine is a vibrant testament to the region’s capability to nurture Pinot Noir grapes that embody depth and vibrancy.
Amlés Rendering Pinot Noir is a distinguished expression from select vineyard sites across the Willamette Valley. It captures the essence of the region, which is known for producing Pinot Noir with a nuanced spectrum of flavors. This wine embraces the traditional, yet distinctively Oregonian characteristics of the varietal, presenting a balanced profile with lush fruit and earthy undertones that resonate well beyond the last sip.
The elegance of the wine is further encapsulated in its presentation. The label features contemporary artwork that intertwines with historical elements, designed by local artists who draw inspiration from the region’s rich tapestry. The packaging, complete with a bespoke wooden box, aims to evoke a sense of timelessness and craftsmanship.
Gracing the bottle of our 2021 vintage, the “Afterglow” label, designed by Sharon Virts, encapsulates the essence of Willamette Valley’s stunning sunsets, a fitting tribute to the wine’s origin and the inspiration behind its creation.
“Amlés Rendering is more than a wine; it is a narrative of reverence and innovation. It is designed to engage the senses and invite connoisseurs to explore the depths of Willamette Valley’s Pinot Noir, reflecting on the past while savoring the present.” – Tresider Burns
