A Vintage That Honors What Endures.
Some wines are made to mark a moment. Others are made to honor a journey.
Amlés Restoration was harvested in 2016, the same year the restoration of Selma Mansion was commenced. After years of carefully preserving history, craftsmanship, and purpose, Selma entered a new chapter. In the vineyard, that same year offered fruit of remarkable balance and depth, setting the foundation for a wine worthy of patience.
Now, on March 16, 2026, Amlés Restoration is released to commemorate two anniversaries: the tenth year of Selma’s rebirth and ten years of graceful aging for this 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.
The Wine
Sourced from Napa Valley’s Coombsville appellation, Amlés Restoration reflects both power and restraint.
The nose opens with an unexpected and elegant aromatic profile of stone fruit layered with dark chocolate, offering both brightness and depth from the first swirl.
The palate begins creamy and generous, unfolding into powerful notes of ripe cherry and vanilla that feel both polished and expressive. As the wine moves across the mid-palate, smooth, well-integrated fruit remains steady and composed, creating a seamless sense of continuity rather than sharp transitions.
The finish is smooth and round, lingering with subtle hints of forest floor and earthy undertones that ground the wine and add quiet complexity
Balanced and assured, this is a Cabernet Sauvignon that reveals its character slowly, rewarding patience and reflection, much like the story it was created to honor.
The Meaning
Amlés Restoration is a tribute to what lasts. To places restored rather than replaced and traditions carried forward with care. Some things are worth the wait.
Every bottle reflects a shared philosophy: that preservation, whether of a historic home or a great wine, is an act of stewardship.
How to Celebrate
Amlés Restoration is meant to be opened with intention. It belongs at a table where stories are told, milestones are marked, and time is not rushed.
Serve alongside classic preparations that allow the wine’s structure and elegance to shine: roasted meats, aged cheeses, or a thoughtfully prepared meal shared with friends. Or cellar it further, allowing its story to continue unfolding in the years ahead.
This is a wine to raise a glass to endurance, renewal, and the quiet beauty of things done well.
