The Amlés Blue Slate Riesling shows great complexity due to the special blend of grapes fermented in distinct ways. Forty-five percent of the blend is fermented without skins in steel vats bringing purity and precision. Another twenty-five percent is fermented partially on the skins and brings body, structure and personality, while the remaining thirty percent is Bernkasteler Lay Kabinett, adding exuberant fruit and elegance. The result is a beautiful, charming wine with a very dynamic fruit expression, making it the perfect companion for those magical moments under the sun or wherever your journey takes you.
